WARRANTY POLICY

Revolution Enterprises Inc. warrants its products against manufacturing or material defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

LIFETIME SERVICE POLICY. Revolution will repair any damage to the Advantage graphite folding cane for the original owner, regardless of the cause of damage. There is a $20.00 fee plus shipping and handling for this service each time.

RETURNS POLICY. No merchandise accepted without prior written approval from Revolution Enterprises Inc. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer’s expense. RESTOCKING FEE. Authorized returns of saleable merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge

REPAIRS & RETURNS PROCEDURES. When sending your package to Revolution, please make sure you do the following:

• The product you are returning or that you wish to have repaired
• Person. Enclose a note with your name, address, city, state and zip code as well as telephone number and email address when shipping your purchase.
• A check or credit card information for the amount of the repair, item of purchase and/ or any custom shipping charges required
• If you have something specific that you would like us to review, please add a brief note with details
• All items are to be shipped prepaid to: Revolution Enterprises Inc. 12170 Dearborn Place, Poway, CA 92064
• Please make certain that you have included all items and information inside your package. For questions, please call our number listed below.

FREIGHT POLICY. Failure to notify the Revolution Enterprises Inc. office of any shortages, irregularities or dissatisfaction regarding prices, terms, discounts, or terms of sales within twenty (20) days from date of shipment will constitute customer satisfaction and acceptance of the order as shipped and invoiced. Any request for proof of delivery of items by Revolution must be made within three (3) months of shipment date. All claims for damages and shortages from common carrier transit are to be filed with the delivering carrier immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Revolution is not liable for damages resulting from shipping delays, errors or non-delivery. FOB Point: Poway, CA 92064 on all orders

PAYMENT TERMS. All merchandise is shipped Net Thirty (30) days. PAST DUE. A finance charge will be assessed on all unpaid overdue balances after thirty (30) days. The finance charge will be at a rate equal to the maximum allowed by law at the time of shipment

ORDER, PRICING POLICIES. All orders are accepted or rejected when received by Revolution at our Poway, California address. We reserve the right to reject any or all orders and to limit quantities. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the time of shipment will apply on all orders including back-ordered items.
